The Kings High East Ranch is a GREAT combination cattle and hunting ranch located between Chillicothe and Quanah Texas just north of US Highway 287 in Hardeman County Texas. The property consists of 155 +/- acres of cultivated land that hasn’t been in production is several years. The 155 Acres has been terraced to lower erosion rates to reduce soil loss. The remainder is in native pasture with most of it being flat with some elevations change.  County road frontage on the north end of the property is Tyler Road which is a county dirt road. One tank is located on the property that the terraced land brings runoff water in perfect for watering cattle, wildlife, and also perfect for dove hunting. The Kings High East Ranch is located approximately 2.8 miles north of Highway 287 on FM-2006 between Quanah and Chillicothe Texas. The property is accessed on the north side of the property on Tyler Road.

Hunting on the Ranch has plenty of elevation changes on all sides of the property. The area is home to trophy whitetail deer, turkey, quail, hogs, and dove. The cultivated fields could also provide great forage for the deer in the winter.
