The Kings High West Ranch is a GREAT combination cattle and hunting ranch located between Chillicothe and Quanah Texas just north of US Highway 287 in Hardeman County Texas. The property consists of 257 +/- acres of cultivation and native pasture with a great amount of elevation change.  Approximately 165 +/- Acres are in native pasture and about 86 +/- acres of cultivation. Location

The Kings High West Ranch is located approximately 2.8 miles north of Highway 287 on FM-2006 between Quanah and Chillicothe Texas. The property is accessed off of FM-2006 by two iron gates or north of the property on Tyler Road.

HUNTING AND RECREATION

Hunting on the Ranch has plenty of elevation changes on all sides of the property. The area is home to trophy whitetail deer, turkey, quail, hogs, and dove. The cultivated fields could also provide great forage for the deer in the winter.
