Great hunting, view, canyons and draws are all on this place.  FM 1835 runs through the ranch giving good access in all kinds of weather. On the south side of FM 1835 there is approximately 55 ac. of CRP and approximately 210 ac. in native grass bordering the river.

On the north side of FM 1835 there is 13.88 ac. of CRP and the remainder is native grass bordering the river.  CR 235 goes through the north side of this property. There is oil production on the ranch with the majority being on the north side of FM 1835 close to the highway. The fences are good and there are two ponds on the north side of the ranch.

Wildlife in the area are whitetail deer, hogs, quail, dove and a lot of varmints and you might also see elk and some exotics. This ranch has a lot to offer for the outdoorsman with topography, views and wildlife. Brush on this property consists of mesquite, cedar and hackberry.
